The journey through the land of NDIS can be daunting for the most experienced traveller.
We have seen many participants receive their first plan without any support co-ordination and they are lost as to where to start or what to do.
As we have travelled this road ourselves for a few years now, we have some experiences to share and are happy to guide both first timers or multi-plan veterans if required.
So, if you have a question, even if it’s outside the area of finances, we’re happy to help where we can or find you someone else who can.
We are NDIS plan managers – we help you manage your NDIS budget by:
- Ensuring your providers are claiming correctly. We inspect each invoice that comes in and will check with you if something doesn’t look ‘right’.
- Advising you what providers can charge for under NDIS rules.
- Paying your providers quickly. We process invoices within 1-2 business days and don’t hold onto payments once the NDIS releases them.
- Sending you monthly statements showing your funding and how you’ve used it.
- Letting you know if your funding is being used too quickly. You can then make changes to your supports before you run out of funding.
- Working with you to make sure you use your funds within NDIS guidelines – nobody wants to repay money!
- Reimbursing you for eligible purchases if you’ve had to pay up front for supports.
- Helping you stay in control over payments with as much oversight as you want.
We are an independent provider!
We ‘do’ plan management; we do it very well, and we do nothing else. We won’t pressure you to sign up to other services because they are a ‘sister’ company to us. We don’t get kickbacks from providers.
We can give you suggestions for supports if you need them. We do this based on what we know about our local area, and feedback from our participants. Often, we’ve had personal experience with local providers, and we’re happy to share that with you. What we won’t do is recommend anyone because we get something in return.
