Getting Your Providers Paid

You can choose how involved you want to be when it comes to paying your providers. We offer you various options so that you are in control.

You might not have the time to look at every single invoice before it gets paid. Or maybe you’ve had bad experiences in the past, and you want to make sure every invoice is correct. The choice is yours. We work with you, so that you are in control of which invoices get paid.

What suits you best?

  1. You want complete control. You might forward your invoices to us, or your providers send them straight to us. Either way, you want to see every invoice and approve it.
  2. You want us to handle all invoices for you. When we receive an invoice for you, we will process it straight away and claim it from the NDIS. If we have any questions or concerns, we will get in touch with you.
  3. You want some providers paid automatically, but others you want to approve. Or you might be happy to have invoices under a certain amount paid, but any over that go to you for approval. No problem! Let us know and we will do our best to make it happen.

Emails, App or Text?

We can let you know about your invoices in several ways:

  • We email you with a copy of the invoice. You email us back to approve or decline the invoice. If you want us to automatically claim invoices, and just want a copy emailed for your records, we can do that, too.
  • We send you a text letting you know who has invoiced you, and how much it is for. You text us back to let us know if it’s right to claim from the NDIS.
  • Our Easy-Care app lets you see all your invoices at any time, along with your funding balances. You can use the app to approve or decline invoices, even if we’ve emailed you or sent you a text message. For more information about our app, see All About our Easy-Care App.

You might also want to know about extra charges when an invoice comes in. Such as when a provider claims a cancellation fee, or a report writing fee. We’re happy to work with you so that you have what you need.

If we have not heard from you within four days of sending you an email to approve, we will go ahead and claim it. This is to make sure that your providers still get paid, so they can continue to support you. If you don’t want this to happen, let us know and we will turn this feature off.
